职位要求：

1. Develop and implement marketingand sales plan to increase company market share and volume;

2. Coordinate and manage sales,marketing and customer support activities and distribution partner to ensureeffective customers service and gain share at customers.

3. Build and maintain the technicaland commercial relationships necessary to successfully develop targeted keyaccounts;

4. Participate in the negotiationof orders and contracts at established and new accounts to achieve the AnnualSales Plan for the territory

5. Manage the Design-In andDesign-Win process as well as the successful transition of Design-Wins toProduction.

6. Coordinate internal resources inMarketing, Field Applications and Engineering to ensure successful referencedesign engagements at platform partners

7. Create and maintain up-to-datecustomer profiles, activity reports and forecast to ensure clear communicationto management team

8. Develop sales strategies toachieve Design Win and revenue goals

任职资格：

BS or above in EE,telecommunication or related areas, 5+ years of sales experience

1. Well-connected in cellphoneindustry

2. Design-win experience withTop-tier ODM and brand customers of mobile devices

3. Have a pro-active attitude, openminded, willing to collect and share information to solve problems

4. Able to provide support andguidance to young sales and distributors as a mentor.

5. Have a good understanding ofmodern wireless standards (WCDMA, 3GPP, LTE, Wi-Fi) and their requirementswithin power amplifiers

6. Startup or distributorexperience is desired
