职位描述：

Test development and implementation for testing and characterization of NAND memory on ATE test systems

工作职责：

1. Test development and implementation for testing and characterization of NAND memory on ATE (such as: Nextest, Advantest) test systems;

2. Be responsible for all aspects of test debug and validation, correlation, revision control and tester/handler setup;

3. Perform characterization of all memory technology and designs for logic/ functionality, performance, power consumption, timing and some aspects of reliability;

4. Perform characterization across process, operating voltage and temperature to report the silicon design margin;

5. Write special tools to speed up the process of design debug and other activities such as memory qualification failure analysis and yield issue;

6. Customize test coverage and define new test strategy for OEM specific customers;

7. Assist on low yield analysis on issues related with circuit design;

8. Support system engineering with failures analysis;

9. Provide test engineering support for design debug activity and failure analysis, and Silicon micro-probing is required;

10. Provide product engineering support for solving production yield issues through improvement from design or packaging technology. Design and validate test screens as necessary;

11. Organize and monitor projects from inception through delivery;

12. Maintain database of statistical data collection, analysis and prepare characterization report.

任职资格及要求：

1. Require a BSEE degree or above with 6~12 years related experience at IC test & IC application / validation field;

2. Require familiarity with common lab equipment such as digital scope, logic analyzer and current probe;

3. Strong skills of testing program development on ATE, solid skills on Language C++/C#;

4. Good understanding of NAND basic logic operations, AC timings, DC parametric,and NAND Flash interface protocol.

5. Require familiarity with common lab equipment such as digital scope, logic analyzer, V/I sources.

6. Require good written and verbal English.

7. Require good communication skills with cross functions.
